Microsoft Project Advanced

Outcomes

Participants will learn how to use Microsoft Project to manage a project plan after the project has begun. Participants will learn how to use Microsoft Project to track and modify a project that is in progress.
The combined content of the Microsoft Project : Introduction and Microsoft Project : Advanced courses satisfies the requirements for the certified Microsoft Office User Specialist for Microsoft Project at the Expert level.

Prerequisites

Windows (95/98/NT4/2K/XP) introduction, or equivalent knowledge.
Microsoft Project Introduction, or equivalent knowledge

This session is recommended for those requiring multi-project consolidation and advanced knowledge in resource usage and cost tracking utilising Microsoft Project
